Shelly’s Coconut Milk Ice Cream
This delicious ice cream recipe is 8 allergen free and easily made in a standard frozen drum-type ice cream maker.
Ingredients
4 Cups of So Delicious Coconut Milk
¾ Cups Sugar
½ Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour
Directions
Blend 1 cup of coconut milk and arrow root over medium heat until blended. Add the rest of the coconut milk and cocoa powder. Continue blending. Add sugar and blend until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Refrigerate overnight or until as cool as your refrigerator will make it. Add to your ice cream maker and blend until thick. Freeze immediately.
