Because the symptoms of a gluten intolerance and Celiac Disease are similar, it is easy to understand why these terms are (incorrectly) used synonymously. White flour is used in a variety of cooking techniques; obviously we use it in baked goods like muffins, cupcakes, cookies and brownies.
